Project Overview
For the 2024 Chromebook new feature announcements, Monks created a video series focused on the excitement surrounding Google AI features. The videos illustrated how these features allow users to do less to do more by letting Google AI handle the mundane tasks in life.
The creative concept emphasized ease, calm, and a hint of magic, positioning Google AI on Chromebook as inherently simple, friendly, and helpful. This was conveyed through clear feature narratives and a soft visual style featuring palettes, gradient blends, auras, and elements suggesting instantaneity and effortlessness. I provided concepts, storyboards, and visual design for the three features, also managing the handoff to our animation team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The end result was three compelling feature videos showcasing Chromebooks' ongoing development into more powerful, personable, and user-friendly laptops for everyone.
